Using the touch stopper item
Using the touch stopper item
Normally the touch goes to nearest touchable item. That helps, for example, grabbing the slider handle when you have many small sliders. But in some cases it gets annoying, when you touch the blank space and some interface item (like a reset button) gets pressed, when you did not intend that.
Touch stopper item comes to solve that. Just surround the sensitive items with touch stoppers, and they will stop the unwanted touch events from getting to those items.
Here is how to use a touch stopper:
- select menu -> edit ui
- click on blank space where you want to add the touch stopper
- select touch stopper
- the touch stopper will appear in the interface
- move it by dragging the top left corner
- resize it by dragging the bottom right corner
- edit its options by clicking on it
