rollout help-pdf to installation

when you work on tablet without wlan it is helpful to use the helpfile - current there is only a link to web.
it would be nice to have the file automatically in the installation.

Thank you for the suggestion!
We will think about embedding some help info into the app.
Embedding the pdf manual as it is now would triple the app size
I know it is just a few MB but still that may discourage some users with low free memory on their phone or slow internet connection.
