Try to add a capacitor to the power pins of the Bluetooth module, like 47u or 100u.
Some phones do not support manual port selection for RFCOMM. Go to menu -> RFCOMM settings and choose "auto" and "default".
Try to unpair, turn off bluetooth, turn on bluetooth and pair again.
