LED shall react on any Income

Good morning,
for my Project i would like to have a LED showing the status of the Bluetooth.
Ofc i will set a timer, which send a singal to let the LED burn, but i would like to have an LED which burns whenever something comes in, is this possible?
In my Understnading i would set the ID of the LED on "" so it react to every incoming Message and furthermore i need to let the on-command "empty", which ofc doesnt work because default on command is 1.
So is there a possibility to let the LED shine whenever something comes in?
